Meg Hardie is a recently graduated Digital Media student from the University of Wollongong along with an Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media from TAFE Illawarra. 

​

Growing up in rural New South Wales has made her realise the lack of funding and opportunities there are in smaller towns for film and media. In hope of bringing new avenues and possibilities for these smaller towns she has made big steps in achieving these aspirations. 

​

She is aspiring to make a name for herself in the film and new media industry in Australia. Currently based in Wollongong she has been a part of group projects that help highlight the Illawarra along with assisting on short and feature films. Over the years she has gained the knowledge and skills to create interesting ways of viewing. She has a flare for the dramatics when it comes to creating fiction works, however can capture real moments and make them stand out.
